A tragic accident on the M6 in Cumbria has claimed the lives of five people, including a mother from Glasgow. The crash involved two cars and occurred on the northbound carriageway near Tebay services. The 33-year-old woman, identified as Jade McEnroe, was traveling in a Toyota that collided head-on with another vehicle. Also among the victims were a 42-year-old man named Jaroslaw Rossa, as well as two boys aged 15 and seven who were in the same vehicle.

Additionally, a 40-year-old man from Cambridgeshire, who was reportedly driving a Skoda the wrong way down the northbound carriageway, was also killed in the crash. One of the boys traveling in the Toyota, aged seven, was airlifted to the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle with serious injuries.

While the identities of all those involved have not been officially released by the police, local reports have named Ms. McEnroe as one of the victims. Tributes on social media described her as a kind and loving mother with a beautiful smile. Furthermore, it was reported that one of the victims, Jaroslaw Rossa, was an employee at Wagamama and was remembered as a cherished chef and friend who had formed strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
