President Zelensky condemned the attacks, stating that Russia’s goal was to intimidate Ukraine through the destruction of critical infrastructure and the disruption of essential services. He emphasized the need for unity in the face of this aggression, calling on the international community to stand together against the “absolute evil” of the Russian military incursion.

Andrii Sybiha, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister, characterized the Russian attacks as war crimes, targeting peaceful cities and civilians while causing widespread destruction.
