Detectives in Ladbroke Grove have made a second arrest in connection with the recent shooting that left a man and a child injured. The 32-year-old man was taken into custody on suspicion of attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life. He is currently being held for further questioning.

The shooting took place on Southern Row at around 5:30pm on Sunday, resulting in a 34-year-old man and an eight-year-old girl sustaining injuries. The man is facing potentially life-changing injuries, while the girl’s injuries are not life-threatening.

In addition to the recent arrest, a 22-year-old man was previously taken into custody on suspicion of attempted murder. He has been released on bail pending further investigation scheduled for early February.
